Con questo titolo giorno 12 novembre 2021 si è celebrato presso la nuova aula dei Gruppi Parlamentari alla Camera dei Deputati il decennale della Legge Golfo- Mosca. Evento che ha visto il prestigioso patrocinio della Fondazione Marisa Bellisario, promosso dall’AIGI-Associazione Italiana Giuristi d’Impresa, che in Italia raggruppa quasi 1500 Direttori degli Affari Legali delle più importanti realtà societarie.
Il Convegno è stata l’occasione per porre un bilancio significativo sull’applicabilità della normativa in questi dieci anni, sia dal punto di vista di corporate compliance, sia dal punto di vista d’ importante legislazione in tema governance & women.
Intenso di emozione è stato il momento dell’intervento della Presidente Lella Golfo, prima firmataria e quindi madre della Legge, che, con l’umanità che la contraddistingue e l’esperienza di 34 anni di grande impegno per la parità di genere, ha raccontato l’impegno profuso nel percorso parlamentare che ha dovuto attraversare la sua proposta di legge. Una corsa a ostacoli che nel 2011 ha visto l’approvazione grazie proprio alla sua caparbietà e forza instancabile, e al sostegno trasversale di donne e uomini delle istituzioni che hanno compreso come quella proposta non era semplicemente legislativa, ma uno strumento per accendere il motore del cambiamento culturale nel Paese in materia di democrazia paritaria e rappresentativa.
Io stessa, quale coordinatrice scientifica per AIGI insieme all’Onorevole Cristina Rossello ‒ già fautrice nel 2019 dell’iniziativa parlamentare per la proroga della Legge Golfo- Mosca ‒ ho potuto verificare il grandissimo interesse riscontrato e la grande adesione per l’iniziativa, sia da parte delle istituzioni parlamentari e governative, sia da parte di Confindustria, Consob, Corte Costituzionale, tante posizioni apicali d’Impresa e autorevoli firme del giornalismo italiano, che hanno preso parte al prestigioso panel.
La qualificata e autorevole partecipazione, unita alla fotografia dei CdA che l’ultima relazione Consob evidenzia il 42,8% di presenze femminili nei board, ha fornito la certezza assoluta che l’intenzione dell’Onorevole Lella Golfo di volere consegnare al Paese, attraverso la Legge 120/2011, un “antibiotico” ‒ come ama definirlo lei stessa ‒ per curare la mancanza di sensibilità culturale che vi era verso il tema della parità di genere, oggi, sia stato raggiunto.
La riflessione posta in essere in occasione di questo importante decennale, si può concludere, pertanto, togliendo il punto interrogativo che si era scelto di dare al titolo dell’evento celebrativo, perché l’obiettivo di avere attivato la forza propulsiva del cambiamento culturale in Italia, la Legge Golfo- Mosca lo ha raggiunto e la certificazione del suggello della svolta epocale e culturale che ha prodotto è sotto gli occhi di tutti, dal momento che la parità di genere è, oggi, entrata nell’agenda dell’azione del Governo .
