La situazione scolastica è fuori controllo, i protocolli nazionali, non sono recepiti dalle ASL, che hanno dichiarato tramite comunicazione ai Presidi di inviare le classi in quarantena anche solo in caso di un positivo per sezione, questo comporta il decuplicarsi delle quarantene.
Detto così può sembrare un eccesso di zelo, invece rappresenta la base della drammatica situazione nella quale si trovano migliaia di donne in questo momento, costrette a casa dai primi di dicembre con i figli che non possono essere lasciati soli ed entrano ed escono dalle quarantene, spesso, non retribuite e sicuramente poco tollerate!
La situazione è pericolosissima anche per i datori di lavoro che non sanno come garantire la propria azienda e le proprie lavoratrici, quando le stesse donne si trovano nell’impossibilità di lavorare. Insostenibile continuare così per gli esercizi commerciali di donne con figli, che si basano sul lavoro diretto.
Come possiamo garantire l’equità nelle scelte, nelle assunzioni e nei salari se le madri devono rimanere a casa, loro malgrado, spesso creando disagi all’azienda oltre che a se stesse?
Molte attività al femminile, se le normative in merito alla scuola non saranno cambiate o coadiuvate da aiuti diretti e concreti, verranno chiuse, definitivamente e colpevolmente!
Le misure adottate non sono valide per tutti, lo smart working non può valere per operaie, imprenditrici o commercianti, questo crea una spaccatura tra garantiti e non garantiti, dove le donne fanno le spese doppie!
In poche settimane si è creata una disparità tra i generi di proporzioni mai viste negli ultimi decenni, da sommare a quella precedente. Adesso sotto gli occhi di tutti, ma con un silenzio imbarazzante, la bomba a orologeria è scoppiata. Nelle prossime settimane moltissime donne saranno licenziate o costrette alle dimissioni, e tutte le madri subiranno un’interruzione momentanea della propria carriera. Quello a cui stiamo assistendo è uno stillicidio di competenze, di carriere, di attività e soprattutto di dignità, specificatamente femminili.
Dall’indipendenza economica e dalla libertà fisica nasce tutto ciò che noi abbiamo conquistato in decenni di percorso verso l’equità di genere. Attualmente entrambe le libertà sono a repentaglio per le donne con figli, e l’Italia intera non può permettersi di non intervenire e noi di denunciarne le conseguenze.
