Anche in questi momenti di preparazione alle Feste Natalizie, ognuna di noi, imprenditrice, professionista, donna, ogni giorno si impegna con passione e forza nel mondo del lavoro, consapevole delle difficoltà, non solo imprenditoriali ed economiche, ma anche culturali e di genere, in una società che, soprattutto negli ultimi anni, sembra comunque trovare soluzioni virtuose verso i diritti e doveri declinati al femminile.
Iniziative quali i progetti di welfare aziendale aperti a professioniste e micro imprese, le energie spese per la certificazione di genere, così come tutte le attività di promozione in qualsivoglia campo della vita della donna, ci uniscono nella nostra resilienza.
Io stessa, come donna imprenditrice da sempre impegnata nell’empowerment femminile, vorrei portare l’esempio di un passaggio importante compiuto dalla mia azienda, ovvero l’essere diventati Società Benefit. Questa importante evoluzione aziendale racchiude i punti più salienti del nostro impegno quotidiano e della nostra etica imprenditoriale: la sostenibilità ambientale, lo sviluppo e l’inclusione dei talenti, lo sviluppo del territorio e della filiera nell’interesse del bene comune.
Si tratta di impegni decisivi che coinvolgono i nostri dipendenti, le loro famiglie e tutti gli stakeholder. Una presa di coscienza che ha fortificato i nostri valori aziendali e la nostra identità, per raggiugere un beneficio reale e tangibile, che risponda alle esigenze concrete della società.
A questo si aggiunge il nostro attuale impegno per essere tra i primi a ottenere la Certificazione di Genere, non solo per sostenere le politiche di parità, ma anche e soprattutto per contribuire all’avvio di un cambiamento culturale sistemico.
La certificazione di Genere si inserisce infatti in un modello di business più ampio, che abbraccia molti dei 17 obiettivi ONU sulla sostenibilità:
5°) Parità di genere: per garantire equità nelle selezioni del personale, negli avanzamenti di carriera, nei comportamenti e nei salari;
8°) Lavoro dignitoso e crescita economica: per inserire tra i propri valori aziendali anche l’impatto sociale, contribuendo così ad una completa inclusione lavorativa;
9°) Imprese, Innovazione, Infrastrutture: per promuovere nuovi materiali green, continuare la transizione 4.0 e diventare una vera smart factory.
12°) Consumo e Produzione responsabili: per adottare un modello produttivo sostenibile, che riduca o recuperi gli scarti e che utilizzi energia rinnovabile.
Orgogliosa di fare parte di questa metà del cielo, sempre più luminosa, che è il femminile.
