Presentarsi ai propri stakeholder come una azienda che annualmente analizza gli indicatori-KPI qualitativi e quantitativi aziendali, anche sul fronte delle molestie e delle discriminazioni, ne rende esplicita la serietà e l’affidabilità.

Il primo passo per prevenire le molestie sul lavoro è semplice e concreto: chiedere.
