Status
Art.1 Establishment
Herewith is established in accordance to the art.14 and following of the Civil Code, the Foundation “Marisa Bellisario”
Art.2 Objectives
The objective of the Foundation is the promotion of appropriate initiaves
in favour of specific and collective social subjects.
The main objective is to promote surveys on social and on certain sectors of the society; training and cultural
activities, research and environmental analisys, feasability studies, marketing
research, technical consultancy, articles focused on the conditions of
women, of family, of the elderly, of foreign residents and non-residents people,
handicapped/disabled people, urban planning, instruction and the inherent themes of the civil and social
co-existence.
Study, research and consultancy will refer to the following domains: social
policy, economy and labor policy,legal and financial matters, communication and media, advertisement and services
industry, environment and earth, the evolution of age-related
psycology.
A secundary objective of the Foundation is the promotion of the consultancy services needed for selection and evaluation of the potential and career planning within the context of corporate
organization.
Moreover, the Foundation organizes meetings, conferences, seminars, refresher
courses, publishes a magazine and monogaphic printings with a view to increase the awareness on the above
issues.
The Foundation can also produce goods and services which it may trade for its own benefit or of a tird partner.
Therefore the Foundation stimulates:
a) the organization and the development of the Marisa Bellisario Prize awarded to women outstanding in their private or public entrepreneurial
activity;
b) the commitment to monitor through initiatives of a high social value , the evolution of women in the labour market and society.
c) appropriate contacts with statal authorities and both private and public firms interested in the Foundation’s
activities.
d) The development and organization of various training courses, the promotion of its members to further integration into the working society, professionsal updating and management of related activities and structures necessary to obtain the objective . |
